Please return items within 5 days of receiving the item for a refund. Full refund with sales proof or email receipt, no questions asked. The shipping fees and the related costs of the returned products shall be responsible by customers except for faulty items on arrival. We recommend you send it tracked as we are unfortunately not liable for any loss in transit. The whole return process may take up to 7 business days. Please return any items exactly as you received them. Returns that do not have a sales proof or email receipt will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
